Marketing 2.0 Ambassador Program

These are the terms & conditions for the Marketing Medley referral program.


Rules

  1. Anyone that participates is subject to the terms and conditons of the Ambassador Program and must comply with the laws of their state of residence as well as federal law. Participants may also be subject to the laws of the State of California.
  2. You must be 18 years of age to participate and legally able to participate as the law permits. Currently, only those residing within the United States of America may participate in the program.
  3. You as the referrer must be registered with us (Marketing Medley LLC) and/or provide your full name, phone #, address and email in order to be eligible to receive commissions or prizes associated with the Ambassador Program.
  4. There is no limit on how much may be earned by an Ambassador, however, if total earnings ar more than $500 in a calendar year, you must fill out a W4 form and will be processed as a 1099Misc for tax purposes.

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. You ("The Referring Ambassador") confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement.
  2. Marketing Medley LLC has the right to decline an application to join this program, or to cancel your membership at any time for any reason.
  3. Marketing Medley LLC may discontinue this program at any time and will not be liability for any loss of income that you may incur.
  4. Referrals will only be accepted if submitted via the web form provided.
  5. Marketing Medley LLC may decline a referral at any time without giving a reason.
  6. You must not represent that you are acting on behalf of Marketing Medley LLC or that you have the authority to enter into any agreement on behalf of Marketing Medley LLC.
  7. You may, after receiving approval from Marketing Medley LLC, post a link from your web site to the Marketing Medley LLC web site.
  8. Materials promoting Marketing Medley LLC services will be produced by Marketing Medley LLC or must be approved by Marketing Medley LLC.
  9. The Referring Ambassador must have an existing relationship with the referred party, must provide all information required with the referral application, and must not send bulk emails or similar items in regards to this program.
  10. Marketing Medley LLC will pay you a referral fee of $50 - $150 within the first 30 days after the start of business resulting from the referral. Referring Ambassadors will only receive payment for referrals that begin business with Marketing Medley LLC and money has been received by referral.
  11. A referral fee will not be paid where a sale is performed after 12 (twelve) months of the referral being made.
  12. Marketing Medley LLC may change these terms and conditions at any time.
