New Accounts Specialist (Outside Sales)

Description

This is a self-creating, self-describing, self-motivated position that has the potential to become a full-time, high salary position within our rapidly growing company. You will be working directly with the VP of Marketing to roll out strategies to attract a high volume of new clients.

We will be hiring five outside sales staff, and each will earn the opportunity to be part of our executive team to help oversee sales regionally, nationally or internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outside sales
• Self-motivated and driven
• Comfortable with a commission only compensation
• Strong communications
• Great follow-through
• Experience with client retention and relations
• Experience in or knowledge of marketing, web development, graphic design or related fields preferred
• Being multi-lingual is a big advantage
• Having training in or experience in management is preferred

Compensation

• Compensation will be a very aggressive commission only structure.
• Opportunities for bonuses, trips and other incentives are also available.
• Potential to earn a high volume of residual income.
• Initially an independent contractor position
