  1. Marketing Medley LLC (a.k.a. Why Not Design) and its subsidiary companies are a full service web development, graphic design and marketing firm. Our core competencies are all aspects of Web Development (with emphasis on new xhtml standards), complete range of Graphic Arts and Design (i.e. logos, business cards, brochures, vehicle wraps, posters, etc.) and Web-based Marketing (i.e. search engine optimization and submission, web advertising, blogging, online classifieds and press releases). Marketing Medley LLC offers other aspects of Creative Marketing such as radio, promotional DVDs/CDs, directory advertising (yellow pages), market research and more.
  2. Marketing Medley LLC makes no guarantees or promises in regards to return on investment (ROI), volume of business, increase of sales or any other positive change in your business. You (the client) understand that there is never any guarantee in advertising or marketing and that Marketing Medley LLC will try it's best to calculate the best and most effective approach to strategically marketing your company/product for your benefit.
  3. You agree that marketing is never a short-term project and as such it will take time to see the effects of the efforts put into it. Search Engine Optimization projects that are done legally and professionally usually take up to 6 months minimum to see the effects on the major search engines.
  4. Marketing Medley LLC will not under any circumstance market, promote or advertise for any product or company that is engaged in the sales or solicitation of pornographic materials, sex, drugs or gambling. Marketing Medley LLC will, at its sole discretion, reject any business that it feels is immoral, unethical, slanderous or in bad taste. Marketing Medley LLC further reserves the right to refuse business to anyone for any reason including, but not limited to, marketing and promotions for businesses or organizations that promote items that are against our moral guidelines, companies that promote things we find offensive, or relationships that would have a negative affect on our integrity. We will, under no circumstances, compromise our integrity.
  5. Marketing Medley LLC makes no guarantees to the accuracy of the language translations provided by our exclusive language partner International Language Interpreters. They stand behind their own work with their own guarantees. Marketing Medley LLC does however stand behind the accuracy of the implementation of those translations into your marketing efforts.
